November Chapter Meeting & Educational Presentation

The Portland Chapter of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC Portland Chapter) invites all members, design professionals, consultants, and contractors practicing in the roofing, waterproofing and building enclosure fields to attend our last Chapter Meeting of 2022.  We’ll be gathering for an evening of networking and dinner, hear a short “State of the Chapter” address, and we will be a voting for the 2023 Board of Directors and issuing 2022 Year End Awards.

Our Educational Presentation for the evening will be “FM 1-52 Scope Revision Update” presented by Robert Card, RRC, RWC, REWO, REWC, RBEC, Principal, Wetherholt and Associates, Inc.  He will present a summary of the IIBEC Task Group (subcommittee of TAC) review of FM1-52 including the history of FM Data Sheet 1-52, recent revisions to scope and practical application for IIBEC member regarding FM Data Sheet 1-52.
